Ever since I first dropped into Call of Duty: Mobile back in 2019, the anniversary seasons have always been the highlight of my year. Now, as the game turns seven, Season 10 has arrived—a lavish masquerade party that feels both nostalgic and refreshingly new. I jumped in the moment the update went live on November 8th, 2026, at 4 PM PT, and I’m still sorting through all the surprises. Let me walk you through what I’ve experienced so far.

My First Drop on Memnos Island – Ground War: Breach

The first thing I did was queue up for Ground War: Breach. I remember when Memnos Island was teased during the 4th anniversary as the largest multiplayer map ever built for COD Mobile, and stepping into it again three years later—this time with a full 16-player Breach mode—was breathtaking. The map is a sprawling mix of sun-bleached modern structures and ancient ruins, with Atlas’ covert base humming somewhere beneath it all.

I got assigned to the attacking team. The objective is linear but intense: you start at a single base spawn and have to capture a chain of points, pushing deeper into the island. What makes Breach so nerve-wracking is that once a point is taken, the defenders can’t reclaim it. Every meter you advance feels like you’re choking the life out of the opposition. My squad moved through the narrow alleys near the Templar Crypt Ruins, and the firefights that broke out among those crumbling pillars were pure chaos—in the best way.

Playing as a defender is a whole different beast. I had a match where we held the line at Tholos Asteron, the circular stone structure overlooking the coast. Knowing we couldn’t retake lost ground forced us to play smarter—ambushes, overlapping fields of fire, and liberal use of the new killstreaks. Speaking of, the Gunship Scorestreak you unlock at Tier 14 of the free pass is a menace. I called one in and cycled through its three fire modes, raining hell on attackers trying to push the final objective. It’s easily my favorite addition to the scorestreak lineup in years.

Vehicles play a huge role too. You can bring out Tanks, Anti-Air Tanks, and even Attack Helicopters. I grabbed a tank during a stalemate and rolled right up to Bravo point, shelling the defenders until they scattered. The vehicle handling is surprisingly smooth on Memnos Island’s varied terrain, and I appreciate that they didn’t make the vehicles unkillable juggernauts—coordinated team fire can still take them down.

The Club is Back and Better Than Ever

After a few rounds, I needed a breather, so I headed to The Club. This social space first appeared way back in the 1st-anniversary celebration, and it’s been reimagined for the 7th birthday with a masquerade twist. The moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a lavish ballroom, a DJ booth, and a newly added boxing ring that practically dares you to test your melee skills.

I spent an embarrassing amount of time on the dance floor. You can walk up to the DJ booth and select from four different tracks—a small detail, but it adds so much personality. The Club is also packed with minigames that reward Club Tokens. Here’s a rundown of what I tried:

  • Kaboom: Catch falling bombs in a bucket. Sounds simple, but the speed ramps up fast. I barely survived to round five.

  • Knife Game: A test of precision where you tap the screen to hand-stab a knife between your fingers. I definitely… lost a few rounds. The animation when you fail is hilariously dramatic.

  • Darts: Classic 501 darts. My muscle memory from bar trips kicked in, and I finally earned some tokens.

  • Boxing: You hop into the ring with another operator, and it’s a knock-down, drag-out brawl. First player to run out of health hits the mat, triggering a KO countdown. I got absolutely floored by a random squadmate, but the spectacle was worth it.

  • Keep Jumping: Leap from hoverboard to hoverboard while dodging obstacles. It felt like a chaotic sci-fi platformer, and I loved every second.

I hoarded enough Club Tokens to grab a couple of weapon skins and an exclusive calling card. The Club isn’t just fluff—it’s a legit way to earn cosmetic rewards while hanging out with your clan.

Battle Pass Goodies and the Vault

The 4th Anniversary Pass might be a thing of the past, but the 7th Anniversary Premium Pass is loaded. At Tier 21 I unlocked the Bruen MK9 LMG—an air-cooled, open-bolt monster with the stability to shred mid-range opponents. The free tiers also offer the new Gunship Scorestreak I mentioned, plus a spread of camos and blueprints.

If you spring for the Premium Pass, you’re looking at masquerade-themed Operator Skins like Ether — Bird of Paradise, David Mason — Maestro, Domino — Nocturne, and Beatrice — Midnighter. I’m currently maining Domino; the Nocturne skin has this sleek, Venetian mask that glints under the map lighting. Weapon blueprints are equally fancy—the RUS-79U — Killer Motley with its harlequin pattern, the Krig 6 — Venetian Metals, and the DL Q33 — Crystal Chandelier look stunning. The Bruen MK9 — Bird of Paradise blueprint is my go-to for Ground War right now.

Don’t sleep on the Battle Pass Subscription. It’s a separate purchase that gives you a 10% XP boost, discount coupons, and exclusive Ground Forces rewards each season. Season 10’s Ground Forces goodies include the Francis — Dark Opulence Operator Skin, the RPD — Enchanted Evening blueprint, and an “Evening Enchantment” backpack. The XP boost alone has been carrying my weapon grind, especially for the Bruen.

Now, the Battle Pass Vault is a nostalgic goldmine for players like me who took a break somewhere down the line. This season, the Vault updated with content from Season 8 2021 (2nd Anniversary), Season 10 2021 (Shadow Returns), and Season 11 2021 (Final Snow). But the biggest surprise? They also threw in Season 10 2023—the very season that marked the 4th anniversary. So if you missed out on those epic Operator Skins like Price — Bravo 6, Atlas — Crash, or Templar — Unredeemed, or the CR-56 AMAX — Tattered Shot blueprint, now’s your chance. I immediately grabbed the LK24 — Vanquished because that wolf emblem fits the masquerade vibe perfectly.

New Weapon and Seasonal Challenges

Every season brings a shiny new firearm, and this time it’s the Nail Gun. Wait, didn’t we already see the Nail Gun before? You’re right—it first dropped during the 4th anniversary as a seasonal reward, but it’s back as a full-fledged weapon in the battle pass with fresh blueprints and challenges tied to it. In Black Ops Cold War, this thing was infamous for its close-range stopping power, and in COD Mobile it’s just as lethal. It fires a stream of nails with surprising accuracy, and the handling speed lets you react instantly to ambushes. I’ve been pairing it with an SMG class on smaller maps, and the kill feed lights up.

The seasonal challenges this time around are rewarding and varied. Completing them nets you Battle Pass XP, additional Nail Gun camos, and even an epic Operator Skin draped in anniversary flair. I knocked out the “Masquerade Mayhem” challenge set in a single evening—mostly melee kills while using the RUS-79U’s new blueprint—and felt like a party crasher in the best way.

Daily Mission rewards and Monthly Login incentives are also generous; I logged in every day for a week and bagged enough CP to discount my Premium Pass renewal. The in-game Events tab is your friend, so keep an eye on it.

What’s in the Store

The Store always goes big for anniversaries, and 2026 is no exception. The headliner is the Legendary Operator Draw featuring Richtofen — Dark Designs. If you’re a Zombies fan, this skin is the stuff of nightmares—Richtofen with a twisted, carnival mask that pulses with energy. The draw also includes a legendary Nail Gun blueprint and some eerie cosmetic items that pair perfectly with The Club’s masquerade theme.

Other draws I’ve been tempted by: Synaptic — Archon Rex, a sleek robotic skin with crystalline accents; Nyx — The Venetian, a classic masked killer look; and legendary weapon blueprints like the Arctic .50 — Venetian Scope, the Outlaw — XXX, the FFAR 1 — Pharaoh’s Words, and the Bruen MK9 — Deadly Strings. I’ll admit, I dropped a few CP on that Arctic .50 blueprint, and the thermal scope with this map’s lighting is borderline overpowered.

So that’s my whirlwind tour of Season 10 – 7th Anniversary. Whether you’re dropping into Memnos Island in a tank, dancing the night away in The Club, or grinding for the new Nail Gun, there’s something here for every type of soldier. I’ve barely scratched the surface—there are still operator challenges I haven’t touched, and the meta is already shifting around the Bruen MK9 and old favorites like the Krig 6. I’ll see you on the battlefield, mask on and trigger finger ready. 🎭✨
